We want you to be fully satisfied with your Caserio piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
⏳ Return Window
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and packaging must be intact.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pre-orders, returns are limited. We do not accept returns for:

Items returned without prior contact

Worn or damaged items

Orders returned after 14 days
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will:

Approve or reject the return based on its condition

If approved, refund you via your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
⚠️ Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to our pre-order system. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
